Founded as one of the first CrossFit Boxes in 2014 CFM CrossFit Mitte was born in a old car garage. Founded by Lars Runne a former Volleyball Champion. Since 2024 a new affiliation and another location next door was born with HYROX MITTE. Since then both gyms coexist and combine cardio and strength challenge for international customer. CFM Box Berlin and Hyrox Mitte.
