OUR CLASSES
BASICS (FOUNDATIONS)
Start here. No previous experience required.
In Basics at CFm Mitte you learn the fundamental movements of functional training: barbell technique, safe lifting positions, basic gymnastics skills, pacing and scaling options. Our coaches assess your movement quality and help you understand which classes fit you best going forward.
In Basic Hyrox classes you will learn wall balls, running, ski erg and row plus sled push and pull. All our monthly skills of the day will be shown on our Insta pages and stay there for the upcming month.

CFM CLASS (Functional Training / WOD)
Our core Strength & Functional Training session.
Each class combines warm-up, skill or strength work and a structured workout designed to improve overall performance. Exercises can be scaled individually, making this class suitable for both developing athletes and experienced members.
FITNESS WOD
Accessible conditioning with the same coaching quality as our core classes.
Expect functional movements, cardio elements and strength exercises with simplified technical demands. Ideal for beginners after Basics or members looking for a strong workout without complex barbell skills.
TEAM TRAINING
Train together. Perform better together.
Partner or small-group workouts focused on motivation, pacing and shared effort. Expect functional conditioning combined with teamwork elements that create a strong community atmosphere while still allowing individual scaling.
BARBELL CLUB
Focused strength development and technical lifting practice.
Barbell Club emphasizes Olympic lifting and classic strength movements such as squats, deadlifts and presses. Perfect for members who want to refine technique, build strength and progress long-term under close coaching supervision.
STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT (Performance Strength)
Structured strength programming for long-term progress.
Sessions focus on progressive overload, accessory work and movement quality to support performance in functional training and everyday athletic development.
HYROX TRAINING
Race-focused conditioning and endurance training.
Combining running intervals with functional stations such as sled work, rowing and SkiErg, HYROX Training prepares athletes for competition while remaining accessible to anyone who enjoys high-energy endurance workouts.
CORE & CONDITIONING (ABS & ASS OF STEEL)
Targeted strength and stability training.
A focused session designed to improve core strength, hip stability and posterior chain endurance. Ideal as complementary training alongside CFM or HYROX classes.
