HYROX is a global, indoor "fitness race" that combines 8 km of running with eight distinct functional workout stations,

 

Key Aspects of HYROX:

  • The Format: The race always consists of: 1km Run -> Station 1 -> 1km Run -> Station 2 (repeated 8 times).

  • The Stations:

    1. 1000m SkiErg

    2. 50m Sled Push

    3. 50m Sled Pull

    4. 80m Burpee Broad Jumps

    5. 1000m Rowing

    6. 200m Farmers Carry

    7. 100m Sandbag Lunges

    8. 75 or 100 Wall Balls
